About MARTY GALE
When Marty entered real estate in 1986, he operated just like all the other real estate Agents, all by himself... Responsible for the hundreds of tasks necessary in a real estate transaction. Because he couldn't be in 10 places at one time, it was becoming increasingly more impossible to provide the high levels of service and results he prided himself in delivering. The fact is, there isn't much more to the average agent than the agent themselves.

 Closing Coordinator - With a passion for detail. Just right for making sure all the elements of transaction come together. We will guide the buyers and sellers through to the closing. We will schedule inspections, order appraisals, monitor loan processing and closing details. Marty  makes sure the all the inspection and deadlines are addressed and dealt with.
